Annual Bible Weekend Conference. August 23rd – 25th, 2019

Our annual bible weekend conference here at North Balwyn Baptist Church is coming up August 23rd – 25th, 2019. Everyone is most welcome to join us. Whether you consider yourself a new Christian, matured Christian or wanting to find out more about Christianity, you will learn something new for sure. The topic this year is : How to Study the Bible for Yourself. There will be speakers (on the big screen) such as Francis Chan, David Platt and more. Beginning Friday (23rd August) evening at 7:30-9pm, the second session is on Saturday (24th August) at 8-10am (Breakfast included) and the last session is on Sunday (24th August) at 10am – our regular Sunday service. Come invite your family and friends and join us this special weekend.

Our regular Sunday 10am service sermon has interpreting into Mandarin by our wonderful dedicated translators. So, even if you cannot understand English, you can still hear God’s word. Invite all your Mandarin speaking friends to join us each Sunday. Outside our service, there is also a Mandarin speaking bible study group. It is another avenue to invite your Mandarin speaking friends to connect with us in the community here at North Balwyn Baptist Church. We are a cross-cultural church with people from over 30 different countries of origin who now call Melbourne, Australia, our home.

Conveniently located on tram route 48, our address is 136 Doncaster Road, Balwyn North 3104. We engage with our local churches for joint community events such as the Easter Pathway of the Passion event and the Christmas Carols-in-the-Park event. These are all open to the local community and we would love for you to join us on a regular Sunday morning as well as at all our combined North Balwyn Church events.

Here at our church, we have programs through out the week for people of all ages and interests. Come connect with us and we would love to get to know you. Contact us at 9859 8101 or office@northbalwynbaptist.church to find out more.
