FAMILY EVENT: Winter Olympics 2019 on Sunday 18th August 2019

Here at North Balwyn Baptist Church, our next annual family event is coming up – its the Winter Olympics 2019. It will be held here at North Balwyn Baptist Church on 136 Doncaster Road, Balwyn North, Victoria 3104. There will be fun and games to enjoy together as God’s family. We welcome all. The family time will take place after our regular Sunday 10am service.

During our Sunday 10am services, there is a children’s church where children up to the ages of 12 have lessons and games with focus on the bible. They are split up into kindergroups (SPARKZ), lower primary (VOLTZ) and upper primary (AMPT). For those in high school, there is a youth bible study. Apart from the Sunday youth bible study, the youth meet every Friday evenings (7pm) (CATALYST) here at North Balwyn Baptist for a chill time of games, fellowship and devotion. Its a wonderful place for the teenagers to hang out and get to know more about Christ and also to grow together in Christ.

Apart from the programs for children there are many Growth Groups catering for many different groups that meet regularly outside the Sunday service. It’s a great chance to get to know other members of the church and support each other as we journey through life and encourage each other in the word of God.
