WHAT’S COMING UP? Here at North Balwyn Baptist Church, in conjunction our International Sunday morning on Sunday 30th June @ 10am and school holidays, there will be a special program especially for children in the whole of kids church. Its a SUPER HERO MORNING! Super Hero Morning is based on the Heroes of Faith from Hebrews Chapters 11 & 12. This program will be run by a guest presenter, Steve Stokes, from OAC – Outreach and Church Ministries. So, we welcome all children to join in this wonderful event. Come dressed as a Hero – Super or Not! Bring a friend. Please also bring a plate of food to share for the International Sunday Lunch in the hall after the Super Hero morning. It will be a very special morning for all indeed!
Don’t forget, we have our International Sunday event happening here at the same time too :). There will be something for everyone.
WHERE ARE WE? North Balwyn Baptist Church is conveniently located at 136 Doncaster Road, Balwyn North, on tram line 48. We are a cross-cultural church with people from many cultural backgrounds who now call Australia home. Countries where our people are from include New Zealand, Italy, Greece, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Kenya, America, Ireland, England, Scotland …. and even as far away as Adelaide :).
WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER YOU? We welcome all to come join us for our regular Sunday 10am service here at North Balwyn Baptist Church. On Sundays, while we have our service in the auditorium, we have a Creche for Mums and tots, kids church for primary children, youth group program for high school children. Besides our regular Sunday service, we have many other programs for all ages and backgrounds. Programs include IGNITE (for Grades 4-6), Youth Group (Year 7-12), Craft Club, Friendship Club, Growth Group for all eg. ladies, men, families, young and working adults. Come find out more about us.
